#96 • Five-String Banjo with Wooden Rim and Skin Head

Part of Extraordinary Personal Music Collection (timed auction by Bravo Auctioneers)

Status: Sold

Five-string banjo featuring a wooden rim, steel tension hooks, and a skin head. The neck appears to be crafted from wood, with black fretboard and metal tuning pegs. The back exposes the open-back wooden frame secured with numerous tension hooks. Strings and frets are present, and the bridge is installed. The instrument's overall condition suggests functionality, though the skin head and finish show signs of wear consistent with use.
